Pegasus Medical Concepts offers a warranty against manufacturer’s defects and breakage in normal daily use for the lifetime of our Baskets, Trays, Dividers, Basket Rails (Supports) and Frames. We offer a two-year warranty on all carts and cabinets.
All warranties are in effect from the date of receipt of delivery by the customer unless other arrangements have been made with Pegasus Medical Concepts.
If such damage should occur, Pegasus Medical Concepts should be contacted with a description of the damage and or defect. Pegasus Medical will advise the customer as to whether the defective goods are to be returned to Pegasus Medical Concepts or discarded. Product will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of Pegasus Medical Concepts. Notification of a warranty claim should be made through your local Pegasus representative or by contacting Pegasus Medical at 888-276-4750.
If an onsite visit is deemed necessary or required by Pegasus Medical, Pegasus Medical will make arrangements and schedule the onsite visit by our local account representative or technicians. If the defective item is not repairable at the time of visit, we will at our discretion, either make arrangements with the client to repair the item at an offsite location or replace the item.
Products sold by but not manufactured by Pegasus Medical Concepts are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty only. Currently, the manufacturer’s warranty on Scanners, label printers, electronic locks and any other electrical components supplied by Pegasus Medical Concepts is a one-year limited warranty. This covers only manufacturer’s defects. Any defects that occur due to mishandling of items, such as dropping a scanner, are not covered by the manufactures warranty.
During this first year, the defective product should be returned to Pegasus Medical Concepts for repair or replacement. After the warranty period, the customer should contact Pegasus Medical Concepts for servicing.
All mobile carts and Cabinets are considered special order and are not returnable.
All Inventory system software is covered under the annual support plan.
All hardware related to the software is warranted according to the standard manufactures warranty mentioned above.
